In 2021, as we were learning to navigate the pandemic, I received an inquiry looking for butterfly art to be installed in a newly remodeled home.

The beginning, starting with blue velum papers that would glow under the lights.

This is one panel with 16 strands of blue velum origami butterflies. Under construction in my studio. The final installation included nearly 3000 butterflies in three panels.
